-Email, state, and birthday (optional) for mailing list – due to the age of our fans, we ask that emails collected are those of the parents/grownups.

-Names (we only request first names for personalizing prizes) and mailing addresses of contest winners.

-First names for shout-outs in live digital events, such as YouTube and Facebook Live events.

Two Tomatoes Records and The Laurie Berkner Band uses information collected on this site solely for the purpose of:

-Including the person whose information has been collected in our email list (sending emails about the band) – information collected is used for internal purposes only and is kept private (within a password-protected database and never shared with third parties.

-Personalizing and mailing contest/giveaway prizes – information collected is only used for internal purposes in order to fulfill contest/giveaway prizes and is kept private and never shared with third parties. We do not intentionally save this information for future use.

-Giving shout-outs in social media settings. We only ask for first names and no other identifying facts. This information is available on the social media platform where the shout-out is being given. TTR shall follow the “email-plus” confirmation and shall email parents in response to an email submission made by parent to TTR.   Parent shall be directed to respond and TTR shall confirm receipt to confirm parental approval of any information submitted.
