Laurie Berkner Sings Nursery Rhymes For Kinder Times

The “queen of kids’ music,” Laurie Berkner, collaborates with Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow and early childhood educator Pam Gittleman on a three-song collection of revitalized classic rhymes that nurture kindness, empathy, and gratitude. Laurie’s catchy melodies, vocal artistry, and sense of fun combine with Pam’s updated lyrics to make this EP nothing less than irresistible.

Says Laurie: It was such a joy to write the music to all three of these updated nursery rhymes! The flow of Pam’s new lyrics made it easy to bring them alive as songs and I was honored to work on them with my band and the fabulous horn players, David Mann and Tony Kadleck. This was truly a fun collaboration that breathes new life and kindness into these older rhymes for today’s kids.
